Checking in now… Read-only AEGIS

Findings 0 Ranked by criticality

Variant B silent-stall — 8 occurrences across 5 of 6 nodes in 24h In progress 11h

~5 min throughput drain per occurrence (−21% QPS) The same silent-stall fingerprint has hit every node except n4.
Stage goroutine-dump tooling on all six nodes New 7h

Turns the next stall into a root-cause capture The agent can't tell a userspace lock from a kernel stall on metrics alone.
Fold the under-replication alert into the stall pattern New 5h

One page per stall instead of two The under-replication spike is a mechanical effect of each stall, not a separate fault.
